BIG BANK THEORY. Govt of India have cleared on Wednesday (that is, yesterday), SBI's acquisition of five subsidiary banks. State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, SB Hyderabad, SB Travancore, SB Mysore, SB Patiala will merge with SBI. After the merger, (the exact date of merger not yet known), SBI will have an asset base of 37 lakh crore rupees, 22,500 branches, 58,000 ATMs and 50 crore customers. I am proud to be one of those 50 cr customers and Vijaya is one more customer of SBI. I joined SBI at Kanchanbagh (Chandrayangutta branch) Hyderabad during 1st week of March 1974. Later, at the Kilpauk branch, Chennai since Oct 2001. I am a customer of SBI for over 43 years and Vijaya for over 28 years. We both are happy and proud of OUR bank SBI. ஸ்ரீராம் உபநயனம் - 6-2-2017 திங்கட்கிழமை எங்கள் மகன் அருண் - காயத்ரியின் புத்திரன் சி. ஸ்ரீராமனுக்கு (பிறந்த தேதி 8-4-2008) உபநயனம் செய்விக்கலாம் என காயத்ரி 2016 நவம்பர் 6-ஆம் தேதியன்று தெரிவித்தாள். முதலில் பல்வேறு எண்ணங்கள் உதித்த போதிலும், இறுதியில் மண்டபத்தில் பண்ணுவது என்று முடிவாகியது. ஃபிப்ரவரியில் பண்ணுவது என நிச்சயம் பண்ணி, சாஸ்திரிகள் மாமாவை அழைத்து நாள் குறித்துத் தர சொன்னோம். அவர் சொன்ன 4 நாட்களில் ஃபிப்ரவரி 6-ஆம் தேதியை நிச்சயித்தோம். பல மண்டபங்களை பார்க்க ஆரம்பித்தோம். கடைசியில் அருண் அடையாறில் உள்ள ஸ்ரீகிருஷ்ணா ஹாலை புக் செய்தான். டிசம்பர் 28 அன்று பத்திரிகை அடித்தோம். பட்டு மன்னி தொடங்கி எல்லாருக்கும் ஃபோன் மூலம் செய்தி தெரிவித்தோம் (டிச 28) 29-ஆம் தேதியன்று உபநயனத்திற்கு தான் வர இருப்பதாகவும் அதற்கான டிக்கெட் வாங்கிவிட்டதாயும் மன்னி உடனே பதில் தெரிவித்தார். 2017 ஜனவரி 4-ஆம் தேதி பத்திரிகை அடித்தோம். 6-ஆம் தேதி முதல் பத்திரிகைகள் போஸ்ட் செய்ய ஆரம்பித்தோம். 21-ஆம் தேதி சாஸ்திரிகள் மாமா சாமான்கள் லிஸ்ட் கொடுத்தார். ரமா, சத்யமூர்த்தி, சந்தோஷ் குடும்பம், வாசு,
