The last time we visited Bangalore was from 07 May 2014 (Wed) to 28 May 2014 (Wed), for Ashok's Ear Surgery.
Now, Ashok and Neeraja came to Chennai by car on 15th August 2014 and we went with them in Car on Monday, 18th Aug. On the previous evening (17th) while playing on the street, unfortunately Ashok fell down and his left thumb was fractured. With a pain-killer injection, he started for Bangalore. We arranged a call-driver for the trip (2300.00)
18 Aug 2014, Monday We started by 06:35 in the car. We stopped at Vellore (Mrs Prema Lakshminarayanan's house) by 9.30 and had a delicious lunch there. We left Vellore by 11 and reached BTM, Bangalore at 2.15PM. Ashok consulted two doctors and was advised Surgery tomorrow the 19th.
19 Aug 2014 Tuesday Left thumb Surgery at 4:00 at Banashankari. Brought to the recovery room by 4:45 PM. Surgery successful. He was sent home by 9.30 and he came at 10 PM.
20 Aug - 31 Aug We were in Bangalore. Going to various Parks for walking, going to various koils etc. No visits to any maal and no purchases.
Aditi, Arjun, Sowmya, Sriram were to come to Bangalore on 29th August with Krithika and Gayathri. They didn't come because Arjun was unwell.
01 Sept 2014 Monday. Got up at 0400, bath, coffee, and at 5-10 left in the taxi for City Station. Shatabdi express (06:00 dep) We reached Chennai by 11.00, took a taxi home.
Thus our visit to Bangalore came to an end.
