On 2nd January 2014, Thursday morning, Vijaya and I went to Besantnagar. From there, to Adyar where GRT had opened their showroom fifteen days ago on Dec12th. Opposite Adyar bus-terminus, this was a modern, huge showroom. We sold Vijaya's old chain (made about 40 years ago!)  @ 2759 a gram. The new chain selected by Vijaya was xxxx. We paid in cash the difference. A good purchase after many years. Both of us were extremely satisfied. Needless to add, we got two GRT calendars! rajappa 3-1-2014
