Upanayanam of Vishnu (s/o Suresh - Vaishali) and Jayakrishna (Sudhakar - Revathi) was performed at Thane, Mumbai on 24 Jan 2011. Udaga Santhi and Naandhi functions were performed the previous day (23 Jan 2011). Though we two, Saroja-Athimber, Savithri, Rama had booked in advance our train tickets to go to Thane, none of us could go for various reasons. Sundaresan - Manni and others were upset but it was unavoidable. Only Sugavanam, and Subha - Magesh with children (from Pune) attended the function. God bless Vishnu, Jayakrishna and others.
